Requirements:

3. Technological engineer of drilling mud

Responsibilities:

  • participates in the preparation of drilling mud and their chemical processing on the rig. Preparation of drilling mud is carried out in accordance with the "Program for preparation and processing of mud";
  • performs laboratory analysis of drilling mud parameters directly at the well and in accordance with the Program gives recommendations for handling drilling mud, sends samples of drilling mud to the laboratory flushing fluids;
  • supervises the work of cleaning the system, checks the efficiency of the cleaning at least 2 times a day, gives advice on setting optimal treatment system equipment;
  • Daily sends daily summary and draws up the daily report on the status of work on the drilling facility of the customer;
  • Draws component reports on consumption of chemicals in the wells;
  • promptly responds to changes in drilling conditions, selects the optimal parameters of the solution at an unexpected deviation from the program;
  • promptly responds to emerging complications in drilling wells, gives recommendations for the elimination of complications;
  • controls safe operation and serviceability of equipment, devices and safety devices in the laboratory, labor protection and industrial safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: higher technical;
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer;
  • Knowledge of industrial safety and labor protection;
  • Confident computer and MS Office user;
  • Willingness to regular long trips.
