Lost Circulation Control
To improve the efficiency of insulation works in the areas of catastrophic lost of circulation during the drilling, as well as to reduce pick-up intervals violations integrity of the production casing in well workover, "SNK" LLC offers a technology based on shipping of plugging composition of acrylic TCA to the lost-circulation zone.
The composition of plugging acrylic TCA consists of two components: Component "A" and Component "B".
Component "A" is a dry mixture of synthetic resin and modifier filler.
Component "B" is a dry mixture of bentonite clay powder and excipients.
Fluids are prepared from the composition components, which from a tight plug due to chemical reaction, when mixed in a predetermined ratio.
